V2) Update: Designed a new one based on what I've learned from using the first design. The drill bit insert holes are now stronger and print better.The tolerance is improved, and it should go in easier.It uses less materials and prints faster.Added a 2020 to 2040 jig as well. Use this jig to accurately drill holes into 2020 aluminum extrusions for blind joints. Just insert firmly and it will friction-fit in place firmly. Use 5mm or 3/16" drill bit to make the holes. If the fit is too loose or too tight, adjust your extrusion percentage accordingly. Can also be secured with an M5 screw from the top.
