I wasn't happy with the other lid hinges available online, so I made this one. Has a few cute features. Uses standard filament as the axle. Has a stopper on the top so the hinge catches itself and stays upright. I attached mine to the back of the printer, so the filament spool (which is required to mount the filament sensor) stops the lid. Designed with the standard AD5M enclosure. It is meant to be screwed in on the 45 degree chamfer on the enclosure top. Two hinges come in the file, as they are mirrored. You could easily print 2 of the same so the lid can come off easier. I like the idea of capturing the lid with the hinges. Requires : 4 - M4 x 8 bolts and nuts for plastic lid4 - M4 x 8 bolts / screws to mount into enclosuredrilling into the enclosure chamfer and the lid2 x 15mm sections of filamentI used some loctite to secure the bolts to the enclosure. You could probably get away with gluing the whole thing. Recommended Print Settings: PETG No support .4mm nozzle .2mm layers
