IntroductionA lot of thought has been put into the design for ARC. One of the considerations is that not everyone wants a fully enclosed P1P as they may only print PLA or PETG. But they still want vented side panels and a door to prevent accidents from happening with pets and kids. Meet ARC-peglago. A peg board side panel that adopts the IKEA Skadis mounting holes. Why? Because there are literally thousands of printable hangers, mounts, etc to choose from. One of my favorites is the Drippy Bucket remix by Printuin. Attached is the DXF file for the ARC-peglago which you can get the design laser cut in acrylic or milled in PC. The panel dimensions are 398.2mm x 325.7mm x 5mm. You will need M3x8mm screw (12nos for each panel) Take note of the 5mm thickness. I have designed a bracket for hanging the spool on the sides. There are 2 versions ARC-peglago bkt spool roller.stl - With Bambu Lab spool bracket + my Bambu Lab Spool Roller.ARC-peglago bkt stock.stl - Or with Bambu spool bracket only. BOM:2pcs of M3x5x3mm brass inserts. 2pcs ofM3 screws (6 or 8mm) ARC and its accessories are free for individuals to use for their own personal non-commercial usage.
