It's a known issue that the grippy rubber feet on the bottom of Dell XPS laptops peel off, often as early as a month after purchase. Dell says the feet are “cosmetic” and exempt from warranty replacements - they won't send you, nor can you buy, a replacement part. I've noticed that in addition to my laptop sliding around a lot more, it gets much warmer without as much clearance for airflow under the case. This model replaces the stock rubber feet if necessary. Print it in a grippy material like TPE or TPU. I found that it works quite well using a flexible filament with a shore hardness of 95 A, although it's much firmer than the stock part. I printed mine at a 0.1mm layer height, but 0.2mm should also be fine. Before affixing it to your laptop, I highly recommend using some isopropyl alcohol to remove any residue left by the adhesive from the original rubber strip. I used some 0.5mm thick double-sided tape made for smartphone repairs with a high temperature rating. Glue would probably also work. I believe this should also work for the Dell XPS 13 9310 model, and I think it should work with laptops from 2019 and 2021, as well as from 2020 (I only have a 2020 model and haven't verified this, but Dell often reuses the same housings for a number of years - a quick Google search would probably tell you what you need to know)
