Simple. Functional. Beautiful. I didn't like details of other filament spool holders/rollers, so I designed my own. The roller use 4x bearings (type 608). The standard width supports spools up to 80mm width and works well with spools from Prusament, DasFilament, Eryone and many others. There is also a version for larger spools up to 100 mm. Let me know if you need other widths, I can easily adjust the model. I added an undecorated version of the base as well as step files. For the pins 0.15 mm for finer resolved threads Infill: 20% Perimeters: 3 Supports : I printed it without supports and it works well Parts to print: 1 x base, 2 x rollers, and 4 x pins Important note: The clearance of the pin can be very tight, depending on your printer, settings and material. I suggest printing one pin to test. If necessary, increase the clearance by shrinking the pin slightly in X&Y direction in the slicer. Total print time: about 8 hours AssemblingYou need 4x 608 bearings (can be found on amazon or elsewhere). Press the bearings into the rollers. The pins hold the rollers and need some force to screw them into the base, but this also means they stay in place when installed. I used a wrench for help. If this does not work for you, your printer and material might produce slightly different tolerances and friction. In this case, I recommend increasing the clearance by shrinking the pin in X&Y direction.
