I made a hinge for my enclosure. It is designed for M6x40mm screw to connect the parts. The two holes are 5.5mm to fit M5 screw (piece attached to the glass) and the three holes have 4mm diameter (piece attached to the plywood construction). The hinge is made to work with 15mm plywood and 4mm acrylic glass.
