This is a minimalistic hinge made with alternating wedge-shaped segments. The shaft is fused with the segments on one side and the segments on the other side are printed around it in-place. I recommend to use an odd number of segments, otherwise the end segment of the hinge can fall off, although it would still be functional when mounted. — This is an OpenSCAD script to generate an STL of the hinge.
