Thanks for your help Marek! This version is a lot more open, allowing more airflow to pass through. I have added zip tie points to both sides allowing for an alternative mounting point for cables. Sorry it took so long, I don't actually have a printer with this setup anymore so everything is based off available CAD files from each designer. Please forgive any errors in my design, I will need help from everyone to test and give feedback so that I can get a working model up and running! Assembly is the same as the original, install the heat inserts into recesses on the mount then screw to the TAP v2 mounting holes, both top and bottom, then attach the latest Dragon Burner Toolhead. If you have any issues please let me know, I have included the STEP files as always just in case! Best of luck! ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I wanted to put a Dragon Burner tool head on my trident while using a Chaotic Lab tap probe, but couldn't really find anything out there that fit the bill. So I went about designing one for myself. I don't know if any other brand of Tap will work with this, but I would imagine if they are all just clones of each other, it should be fine. Still, tryer beware :) When mounting the tool head be sure to use 2x 3mm x 35mm screws. I snapped one of my adapters because I used a 40mm long screw and it left some nasty marks on my Tap :(. Bottom 4 screws are 3mm x 6mm and top 2 are 3mm x 12mm for mounting to the Tap itself. Also two heated inserts will be required, the length of them aren't too critical, just ensure that they sit either flush, or below the surface to ensure a nice flat and square assembly.
