Y Axis Motor Mount Body for Ender S1/ S1 Pro to match the belt tensioner body I replaced. The Y Axis limit sensor slides in and is friction fit. The OG model requires the attached pull tab to clip on to the wiring connector. This allows you to plug it in, and unplug it without pulling on the wires. Newer versions which use less filament, the pull tab is optional. The model was designed to be printed with no supports required. I printed w/ 25% infill (15% is adequate), 1mm top/bottom thickness, 4 walls (.4mm nozzle). Only takes 30-49 Grams of filament with these settings, depending on which version you print. Use PETG/ASA/ABS or another heat tolerant material to prevent heat deformation from the motor. (This is a must if you're using an enclosure) PLA+ will get you by for a while, but is not recommended. 4/17/2024 - Added modified prototype versions for use with GulfCoast Robotics Y Axis Linear Rail kit. These will work on the stock Y Extrusion as well. (In folder: GulfCoast Robotics Compatible Prototypes) Please note - I do not have this linear rail kit, but I have ordered it to verify myself. In the mean time - any feedback on adjustments needed for compatibility are appreciated!
